Tournament admins

General rules

  • Players are required to be aware of the tournament and to be ready for their matches in time.
  • Failing to be present for the match or even unnecessary prolonging of the tournament flow may result in match fortfeit for the offender.
  • Players are obliged to be present on channel LanCraft during whole tournament.
  • Both Players have to visibly indicate that they are ready for the match before launching the game.
  • Use of supportive programs and hacks is strictky forbidden.
  • In case the players can't come to an agreement, for whatever reason, the admins make decisions.
  • Failing to accept the decisions made by Admins may lead to auto-loss or disqualification from the whole tournament.
  • Rules can be altered and failing to know the rule is not an excuse.
  • Players expose themselves to punishment or even disqualification from the tournaments, should they break the rules.
Tournament participation
  • Only players present on the event are eligible to participate in the tournaments.
Disconnects
  • The game is restarted, if a disconnect happens until the duration of 1 minute.
  • If the game disconnects after 1 minute passes and the players are unable to reach a decision regarding the match regard, the admin makes the call on the result.
  • If the match is restarded, the participating players have to play the same race as in the last game.
  • Disconnecting of the player doesn't mean auto-loss for the disconnected player.
Player's behaviour
  • Players are required to behave in polite manner and avoid verbal offenses towards their opponents.
Communication between players
  • The main channel designed for all the communication between the players during the tournament is LanCraft.
  • All additional questions are to be directed to an admin of the tournament.
Stream & Observers
  • Obsing (observing the game) is only possible if the both participants of the match agree. The admins and streamers are excluded from this rule. Both of these mentioned have to be allowed an enterance into the game immediatelly.

Main tournament 1v1

Groupstage
  • The players will be seeded into 16 groups, each group containing 4-5 players, based on the amount of players, who registered for the tournament.
  • Players will be seeded into the groups.  The seeding of the groups is decided by the admins.
  • Players face each other in BO1 system.
  • The first two from the group advance to Winner's Bracket.
  • Last two advance into Loser's Bracket.
Playoffs
  • A Full Double Elimination system is chosen for the tournament.
  • BO3 system is played in Winner's Bracket throughout the tournament.
  • BO1 system is played in Loser's Bracket, until 6th round, where BO3 is played.
  • BO5 system is played in Grandfinal, which start 1:0 in favour of the player advancing from Winner's Bracket.
  • The players are required to follow the tournament schedule.
Game settings
  • Category: Melee
  • Mode: 1v1
  • Game Speed: Faster
Maps
  • First map is picked by vetoing maps (which means, that each player gets to vote one map, until the last map on the list remains and is played). Next map is picked by the player, who lost the last game, while the winner gets to veto one of the maps.
  • Maps are not to be played twice in the same match.
  • Players are required to pay attention to Mappool and also be aware of the specific versions of the maps, if designed specifically.

Reporting results
  • The results are entered by the players themselves on the LanCraft website.
  • Winner enters the result, loser of the match confirms it.
Replays
  • Every player is required to save replays from each tournament match.
  • Winner of the match must upload the replays to the match in the tournament system of LanCraft.
Schedule
  • Schedule for StarCraft 2 and main tournament can be found here.
  • Times in the schedule indicate the latest hour, when the match must start. So, if for example, beginning of WB is set to 15:00, it means that these matches must begin at 15:00 THE LATEST. If we want to keep the tournament running smoothly, the games designed can be played earlier, should all parties be available. Only exception from this is the Grandfinale, the matches will be played at the time designed by the schedule.
  • Main tournament starts on Friday with Groupstage. The groupstage has to be finished until 13:00. After one hour long break, the matches resume with play-off. Winner's Bracket are played up till Quarter Finals and Loser's Bracket up until 5th round. More matches will not be permitted during Friday and are scheduled for Saturday.
  • The official streamers will pick two Quarter Finals at the end of 2nd round of WB, which they will wish to broadcast. These games will be played separately, so both games can be casted. Other two matches from the Quarter Finals can be played immediatelly.
  • Friday matches have to be finished at 18:00, no exceptions.
  • Saturday matches start at 10:00.
  • The main tournament is to be finished at 19:00.

12:00 - WB Finals
15:00 - LB Finals
16:00 - Tournament Grandfinals

Secondary tournament 2v2

General rules
  • Registration for the tournament will take place at the event, by the admin of the tournament.
  • Each participant is required to pay registration fee of 100 CZK (50 CZK per player in the team).
  • All the money from the registration fee will be divided between the best teams.
  • 2v2 tournament must not delay the smooth run of the main SC2 tournament, which takes priority through the whole event.
Tournament system
  • The teams will be seeded into the tournament, Full Double Elimination being used (FDE).
  • BO3 is played in Winner's Bracket.
  • BO1 is played in Loser's Bracket.
  • BO5 system is played in Grandfinal, which starts 1:0 in favour of the team advancing from Winner's Bracket.
